Refund policy

Please check the date and time of the class you’re booking carefully before purchasing a ticket.

We don’t offer refunds.

We know life happens, so if you let us know 48 hours before a class or 7 days before a course we can offer you a voucher for the value of the class or course you booked, redeemable against your next booking with us.

Let us know by email as early as possible if you need to cancel.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class or 7 days before the scheduled course are not eligible for refunds or credit.

Tickets are non-transferrable.

If you have Covid please don’t come to class. Follow the current government guidance on isolation and let us know asap.

PREGNANCY

If you’ve booked a ticket but you are, or suspect you are pregnant you should not take part in this activity so get in touch with us, let us know by email
